Hi Joshua! That was an awesome video, learned a lot! Thanks! Just started being an audio fan when Apple Music launched its lossless for free. Been using an IEM to get more of that quality but a lot of people adviced me to go for over ear headphones as they sound MUCH better than IEMs. Considering that I am new and have budget constraints, what are the best under $150 headphones would you recommend? Thanks so much in advance and more power! 👍😊

Josh 🙋 What would be for you a headphone, that is not that hard to move and that could by little compare the sound of a high end sound, or could the best budget high end sound 👀😬 I would like to get a headphone good with every musical genre and listening a lot of details and be very musical 😅 I don’t know if that exist…

Helpful video. I now understand that my DAC Amplifier is where I can get the most improvement. I was one of those people who was trying to find better sound only through the headphones. I recently a KGUSS DAC K3 pro. It certainly made all my headphones sound better. The best next step might be spending some money on a better DAC/AMP. The Hifman HE400i phones are probably as good as my old ears can appreciate anyhow.

So I had no idea there was such a thing as an “audiophile”, the last month or so I have ben searching for over the hear headphones to use at work for calls and listen to my podcasts/music. So I finally decided to search on Youtube and somehow I stumbled on this video and I was hooked on the information given. I had to watch it twice so I could write down notes! lol Anyways thanks for the information for this absolutely newbie audiophile, you got a new subscriber!

Mid X range. I avoid the Bluetooth flood of ” un ” great ear buds. Because its all mid and over emphasized low. Finding a pair of IEM’s that run a mid range full with a “higher” level. The ones with a lower tune level just don’t have the tweets and pings for high sound.
With the music I listen to.
Highs are important. My wow moment was with the AGK K55E pro. Closed back. They didn’t sound great when I first got them. Gave them some power with a mobile dal the Xduoo Model x24022 (XP-2pro) Its a Mobil Bluetooth dac. But it changed the sound signature dramatically. They hit lower and from there I found a pair of IEM’s that fulfilled my high-end clarity. from the pings to the tweets.
