I would recommend having both, if you are going to charge your phone while you sleep like most of us do then use the 5w as that puts less strain on your battery and can prolong its life while if you need a quick top up then use the faster 35w to get a quick 20% before you go out the door

I own an android phone which supports 65 Watt charging. So, charging never took me more than 20 minutes. But when I got my iPhone 14 Pro, I realized that the 20 Watt brick was fast enough considering you charge between 20 and 80 percent the most. To ensure battery health remains optimal, I mostly charge no more than 90 percent which easily lasts me a day.

Just get a fast charging brick and voila done! I use my old samsung’s adapter which is 25 W I suppose and it charges my Iphone super fast without any heat and no issues I have faced till now
