I’d say if you charge overnight the 5w is probably easier on the battery and the slower charging speed wouldn’t really matter

Its just crazy that Apple phones still charge that slow i mean even Budget android phones often Support 30w charging and often include an charging brick (and a lot of Android phones can charge even faster)

Faster doesnt mean better! Using slower chargers will help your battery last longer. (Fast charge mean more heat and the battery doesnt like it)Most phones can last up to few days and most people charge phones at night. – Yes, i use fast charge but only sometimes, not every single night.

I have a 5W brick still and my battery last a while so buying a 20W wouldn’t be worth it yet but maybe if my phones battery health goes down more I will buy that one.

The 5 watt is more healthy for your batter since it’s so low wattage it doesn’t heat up your batter
