Use the 5w for overnight charging. If your battery is weak enough to need charging during the day, use the 20w

It depends on when you charge your phone. I only charge it at night and I don’t mind if it takes longer. I’m sleeping any way and I think it’s better for you battery if you charge it with a 5 watt Charing brick

I feel like this is kind of useless bc apple has a feature where the phone will rapid charge if you charge it throughout the day and slowly charge overnight/ whenever you are sleeping. So honestly it makes no sense to get the newer block .

Fast charging generates heat and destroys your battery health faster. Those companies don’t care because it’s in their interest if you change your phone as often as possible. I’d rather take more time to charge mine 🤷🏻‍♀️

I intentionally use a 5w charger for overnight to try to maintain battery health a little bit. Fast charging is hard on batteries and I only use it during the day when time is a factor for that reason

Just buy a 20w fast charger from the gas station for $7 most of them have literally the same components and specs as the $40 20w fast chargers
