Do you know if you burn the tip of earphone wires while soldering. You will be able to put the solder on wire easily.

Whenever soldering small things change your soldering bit to a small one like tapering from the top
And one more thing you can just rub the wire with sand paper or you can just burn it a lil bit which will help you to solder the wire easily
