@Beatnuk @Beatnuk Despite the fact that you’re probably a troll, I’m going to take the bait and take you at face value. How the hell are we enslaved to technology? If you don’t want to use it you don’t have to. But I for one however, enjoy technology and appreciate the way it gives makes my life longer, more enjoyable, easier, more interesting, more comfortable etc etc etc.
The rolex add seems pretty meegre when compared to the amazing technologies displayed at ted lol
FaNtastic! When do I get to use one? Where do I go? Where do I apply?
OMG THAT IS FUCKING AWESOME
You could use explosives to kill people as well as to help us grow.. This is hardly different but is an amazing breakthrough for sure.. There is one huge mind control potential (on top of the existing systems) present here. Would like to see what happens in 10 years time..
@ashleylovesdaddy
There was an absolutely fantastic animated series well before Shalasuck got a hold of it and crapped out that film.

I’ve had an OCZ Neural Impulse Actuator for a couple of years. This unit seems to be an expansion of that concept. It’s wonderful technology. Just keep it away from the military!
A headset that reads your mind… I’m scared
Can this be wired to run things like a car or a plane?
@apesoup i think thats what everyone thought when they saw it lol.
That looks EXACTLY like the device in Paprika!
Whats the point of a Rolex being able to go to 12-800ft.

Wouldn’t this technology be far more useful in FINALLY bridging the gap between psychiatry and neurology? Sort of like Scientology, except it ACTUALLY works, and is based on empirical science. Neuro-feedback therapy already exists in a very narrow regard and it’s expensive. It may provide the first reliable alternative to taking drugs! Don’t be surprised if this technology gets slammed by the mainstream media. THey are owned by pharmaceutical companies.
doesn’t everyone use their phone to check the time nowadays?? and why would you go that deep with a rolex? most people would be too scared to even enter the water with it on :/.
Hahaha – the guy in the audience with the glasses at 8:48 – I guess it really was a “jaw-dropping” demo for him. 😀
now the nano suit would apear possible
