Please don’t forget to pack necessities in your carryon/personal bag! Medication, glasses, toiletries, chargers, a change of underwear and something to sleep in if you get stranded. I usually take a large sleep shirt. They don’t take up much room. I’ve been stuck overnight many times, and doing this makes everything so much easier.

Another tip: Better wear easy to take off rubber shoes when travelling internationally.Sandals will be better to avoid the security telling you to take off your shoes.

Jigsaw puzzles apparently look weird. I had one in checked baggage. When I arrived in Australia my home country, I really got the 3rd degree. Opened my bag and they worked out it was the jigsaw. Apparently it looked like food which is a big no no to bring in unless sealed.

I don’t like the idea keeping a tag on a bag can send it on a plane you are NOT on. It’s simple security level 1.

The video is full mistakes. X-rays have no problem passing through aluminum. Not to mention aluminum foil which is THIN. A thin layer of foil would barely impact the scan, if at all.
