I have never had any issues bringing coffee in carry on and checked luggage or an electric toothbrush. The only thing I do when bringing battery operated essentials is that I remove the batteries to avoid accidental turn on from bumpy turbulence. Who wraps their items in foil? ….interesting travel tips here.

Do NOT put any lithium batteries in your checked luggage. Airlines will insist to put them in your carry on. The problem with lithium is “off gassing” in the low compression cargo hold. The passenger compartments are pressurized negating this problem.
Everyone knows (especially smugglers) that coffee won’t mask the odor of contraband. I carried 9 lbs to Thailand, no problem.

do not use any decorative pillows or bed covers because it is not being washed routinely, only when it has stains, never use glasses or coffee maker, it is washed using the same sponge use to scrub toilets☺️

I once got stopped at the airport security check because I had one of those bluetooth trackers inside my carry-on, that apparently are not TSA compliant. Had no clue about it! I now bought a TSA compliant tracker, GEGO, works pretty well.
