Hello Steve,
I want to buy a new Nikon D7500 but I am confuse that is this a good choice or not ?? Is there any other better option ?
So many people are complaining about it.
I want a camera for General & Wildlife photography and sometimes for video purposes.
So please help me.
Another great video, Steve. I’m shooting the D500 and am looking forward to the “AF Fine tune” video you mentioned.
I want to thank you Mr Steve Perry . watching this great video has made my mind up , I like the way you review the cameras , by using tem in the field and pointing out all plus and negatives that you find during this time ,by time I don’t mean 2 hours in a parking lot , but months worth.. very good and I thank you once again
If nikon would of given the d7500 a battery grip, it might of been able to shoot 10fps
A very helpful revue Steve, thank you. I’m going to have a good look at it in my local camera shop.
Hi!! I’m thinking to buy a D7500 as my first DSLR camera. I really don’t understand why all this hate about this camera. Has a lot of upgrades compared to D7200: 8fps, better sensor and ISO performance, better buffer, 180.000 pixels metering sensor, Expeed5, 4k video recording, tilted and touch screen, in theory better grip and weather sealing… But the single card slot make people lost their minds, and doesn’t let them to see all the new features. A lot of cameras have one card slot, even the famous Sony’s A7 family. It’s kind a funny when you read comments saying that the D7500 is the D5600 replacement, only because the single card slot. I think most of these persons are D7100/D7200 owners who don’t want to replace their camera and says bad things over the D7500. Anyway, great review!!
Pertinent and a very informative review – unlike all other so-called reviewers who bait photographers to go to war comparing brand models with other brands.
Just ordered the D7200 today since I am only taking pictures!
The 4K video is probably nice but the crop factor on top is not worth the price since I would go the Lumix Gh4-5 for the price!
No grip… No thanks…
Great review Steve, I just bought it and did a wedding shower and took 647 photos and the battery only went down one bar on the five bar display. So that battery complaint by most people can be thrown out. I love this camera and for the money i paid for it was well worth it. It is a dream to use.
Wow what an awesome review, great job but I need more info am looking for an all round dslr camera that has everything, then I came across the Nikon d500 and now the d7500, do you think any of these would be great for astrophotography? Am also looking for the 4k feature and heard they both only shoot 4k for 30mins, any truth to that…..Thanks
Great review of the D7500. I have used a D7100 for years and been looking at the D500. If money was no object, would you buy the D500 or D7500? Thanks.
Great review, Steve.
Hi steve…thank you for the hands on review. Is it worth upgrading from Nikon D5500 to D7500 ? Would like to know your thoughts.
Great video
The Best Review so far 👍👍👍
whats that monitor/tablet behind you. is that a cintiq?
Another great review Steve. Always nice to see real world applications in use during a review. It let’s the photographer make a more informed decision as to what best fits their needs. Well done.
