Rip Discontinued one of my favourite cameras Nikon D750
But the new Nikon D7500 I am getting this
Great video review, really informative and has been very helpful. Thanks very much for putting in the time and effort to share your views
Awesome review, I own the d7200 and I love it fantastic camera for my landscape photos.
Cool video. I’m hooked by this camera vs the D750. So what good DX lenses would you recommend for a hobby person – landscape, macro and wildlife?
The Best Nikon D7500 review so far.
Another awesome production. Happy d500 owner coupled with Tamron 70-200 f2.8 g2 lens for my favorite outdoor set-up. Indoors, Sigma 17-50 f2.8 or Tamron 45mm f1.8.
My wife and I have the D7100 bodies, and we both hate them. I’m pretty stung when it comes to the D7xxx series bodies. I think the D500 is the better bet even though it’s more money.
Best review of d7500 iv seen so far!!! Thats man is pro….must see
I use a D500, but I’m thoroughly impressed with the D7500. I’m close to buying one as a backup. It’s too bad about the single card slot, but I also don’t use it as a redundant backup, but rather as an overflow. That being said, it looks like a good step between the D7200 and D500. If the D500 is a D5 Jr, the D7500 is a D5 Jr, Jr.
Am I correct in noticing that the 7500, on the front Fv/Pv (top) button, does not have AF-ON+Area Mode?
That’s important for flying or moving things. My D500 has it, but my D750 does not.
Concerning minute 7:20, Quiet Mode –
Thank you so much, Steve, for your competent reviews, they’re among the best in the internet. Really good job!, I can’t say enough…, thanks again!! As to quiet mode – in single mode the effect is obvious: the point is not the strength of the sound waves as such – but mainly the photographer’s control over the very moment of mirror-switching-back and clapping-back-noise. The mirror will only return down when you actually release the shutter button. At concert shots, for instance, that can be very helpful, to wait for a loud note or chord to release shutter button and mirror unperceived by artist and audience.
Why doesn’t anyone talk about the D7000? I bought one used and I’m happy with it but I don’t have a lot to compare it with. Is it worth upgrading to a D7200?
I was torn between D7500 and Coolpix A100. Thanks for this very comprehensive walk-through, I have decided to get the D7500.
There’s no better camera reviewer on YouTube.
Great Detailed review Steve, Loved it as always, Currently I am Using Primitive D7000, with again a Tamy 150-600mm, I mostly shoot birds and Occasional Mammals so it is high time for me to upgrade, I am stuck between d7200, D7500 and D500. Financially I am ready for both D7200 and D7500 but I will have to wait few more months for D500, may be a year… so Should I go for D7500 ? OR D7200 is still a better option? Help from you will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

What a terrific review! Keep up the good work Steve. I feel a E-book purchase coming on!
Is a nice camera. If you have it procede next to buy a full frame
Why to use a DX for telephoto lenses? If you a have an FX with more resolution sensor wouldn’t be the same? Help me
That Quiet mode is useless lol
