You prepared a gourmet meal worthy of a secret agent along with the vodka, not a martini but James Bond 007 would be proud. You seem to always be updating elements of your equipment. You are so neat and tidy. We are having a very snowy and icy winter here in Canada and I see you get some snow where you are but not like us. I have been to Japan for a visit many years ago, 1981 and I loved it.

Great job Beautiful meal. When you use your knife to clean off scraps, sharp edge up backside down to scrape counter. Also get a knife steel. Sharpens knife.

I have studied your videos thoroughly, and I am so impressed with the living area! I am going to follow your examples by also mounting tactical gear bags on the walls of my van to store all my equipment and supplies. This is such a practical and efficient way to utilize the wall space yet keep everything readily available, but out of the way when not in use! Also, your overhead linear rail system, bed, and shelving are very unique and inspire me as well! Thank you for producing such intriguing and well-done videos!
