Judge has Rizzo, Stanton, Donaldson, Trevino, Cole, Cortes, Benitendi…a full squad of all stars.
Other than Trout, Ohtani had to carry most of the load, especially when Trout was on IL.
In August, Judge’s team with all stars had less wins than the Angels. Ohtani was playing without Trout for most of August but the team still managed to outwin the Yankees for the month!
Stop the nonsense that Yankees are a playoff team because of Judge, they’re already a playoff team, Judge just made them better. Even with an all star squad, the Yankees can’t get a winning record since All Star.

i hope the voters for AL MVP don’t get sway by judge chasing history 60+ homerun, because Shohei is making BASEBALL history. I’m not hating on judge but shohei is definition of MOST VALUABLE PLAYER, lot of media people said ‘if that the reason then Shohei should get mvp every seasons?’ no it does not, during his 3 years in MLB he did not win the MVP why because of injury and the stats did not match mvp calibers. But if the stats match mvp caliber then he is the runaway MVP. only he (Shohei Ohtani) make the mlb relevant anymore to the sports fans.

Tips for those who don’t have a gym membership(young ones especially):
– do some cardio(aka running) for at least half an hour
– do 30 jump squats at most, then 60 uneven pushups
– take cold showers, a LOT of health benefits
– intermittent fasting(16:8 being the most effective)
– Make nutritious foods your main diet and cut down on junk/processed foods
– take 2 rest days so to prevent injury and speed up results in building muscle(I highly recommend on the weekends cuz that’s when everyone is laxed)
– drink plenty of water
– most importantly, be consistent and don’t worry if you’ll reach your goal cuz that’s when inconsistency occurs.(And ofc if you have some gym equipment in your house use that to your advantage)
