Unbelievable. I never thought in my lifetime I would ever see a player like Shohei Ohtani. He is the best player I have ever seen. He’s breaking and creating records at such a fast pace. His two-way skillset is absolutely incredible. Pitching and hitting at the highest level and doing both very effectively. Wow. Oh, and he has such speed,which is uncommon for pitchers. There is a lot of discussion about who is the most valuable player, based on many different perspectives. The reason is that not everyone shares the same measure for fairly evaluating players. Currently, WAR is a well-known indicator for evaluating players, but it is unclear in some areas. I believe that this time I have a clearer indicator. By this indicator, Ohtani is worth a total of 10 more bases than Judge so far.

2nd 160.5 Verlander
3rd 159.9 Judge

As with WAR, this method evaluates both pitchers and hitters in the same unit, so Judge, Ohtani, and Verlander can be compared at the same time.
