Apple wont go after them for this, it doesnt look like an iPad, sure it has a few items like the charge icons and cursor but I doubt Apple would waste time and resources going after those, They went after Samsung as they basically ran the design plans for iOS, iPhone, iPAd and all packaging across a photocopier back in the early days slapped a Samsung logo on it and sold it, even Google told them to change it as it was a copy. This looks night and day different
